The facilities, room, and outdoor areas were well maintained, but the Wi‑Fi was unreliable, the sheets had yellow stains, the air conditioning was noisy, and the pool was not clean.

The hotel looks nice and the concept is pretty cool, but a frog ended up in our room and they told us it was poisonous, which made us feel a bit uneasy until the next morning when someone else from the hotel said that wasn't true; they should give accurate info.

I loved the cabin with its white fabrics, everything was spotless and the new facilities were tasteful; the pool was great for the heat, and the Beach Club’s spot right next to the lagoon cenote is ideal—highly recommended!

The balcony was good for relaxing and the reception was friendly, but the room’s glass wall, lack of wardrobe space, no luggage area, no direct lagoon access even though a partner is 200 m away, and the stairs were hard to navigate with two large suitcases.

The property is super cute and the breakfast is decent, though it only offers fruit and bread and anything else costs extra but at a very reasonable price; the AC made a loud noise every couple of minutes at night, keeping us from sleeping, so I gave it an 8 instead of a 10.
