The location is ideal for us; the room isn’t overly large but is very comfortable and clean, we use the full kitchen to cook or heat up dinner, and there are plenty of plates and a coffee machine available. We love staying here and it’s our top choice when in Portarlington, and everything was very good.

Everything! Beautiful room and outdoor setting and surroundings. Great full communal kitchen too. Lovely staff. Walking distance to the golf club and discount off food and drink there during your stay. Definitely would go back and recommend highly. Nothing.

For us the location was excellent, quiet and spacious. We went across the road to the Golf Club for tea (recommendation from the host) meals were excellent with a 10% discount because we were staying at Oxley Estate

The mattress was a dream—super comfy, and everything we touched was spotless. The jet spa and hot water stayed warm, and the farm animals were a nice, calming touch. But the pillows felt too high, and the shampoo and body wash were just average, not adding any luxury. The lighting was a bit harsh; the room felt too bright for a good night's rest.
