We’ve stayed at this hotel many times and were satisfied in almost every way; it’s very clean, the staff friendly, and the view nice, but we don’t like that the windows can’t be opened for fresh air—a common issue with US hotel rooms; the breakfast could be better and maybe included in some room packages.
