The view and cleanliness were great, but the room was too large and hard to access for older guests. I expected the restaurant to be quieter so I could dine in peace; it would have been nice to have a place to hang a bath towel in the public bath, since the area to change clothes from the exit was a bit far. Also, was there Wi‑Fi available?

The entire property faces the sea, so I could see the sunrise from every room, and the meals were delicious. After breakfast I wanted to take another bath, but it was still being cleaned.

Our private onsen room was perfect, very modern, with indoor and outdoor sitting space. The food was above anything you can imagine, everything was prepared for you specifically even though they called it buffet style. The staff was very good and they cleaned public areas all the time. The outdoor facilities were not usable; the ponds were covered in algae. The main lounge area had lots of seating but was so old and used it was uncomfortable. Breakfast started at 7:30 and we had to leave at that time to catch a train. They were unable to even put a couple of croissants in a bag for us to take with.
