The service was terrible. I would not recommend them; they are irresponsible, canceling reservations an hour before arrival, offering no alternatives or rebooking elsewhere, giving an infamously flimsy excuse and telling you to solve the problem yourself.

The room assigned to me was comfortable and pleasant. The staff were friendly and polite when I arrived, but as the days went on their attitude changed despite us only coming to sleep; they became more tyrannical. The breakfast on the first day was enjoyable, with options and no problems, although the schedule was until 9:30 and we had to wait until 10 because a group had extended their stay in the dining room. On the second day we weren’t asked anything, they just served what they wanted and the staff argued because they didn’t like cooking. On the third day we didn’t have breakfast because we left very early. On the last day, even though we left before 9 am, they told us there was only coffee and eggs; we never received bread and chocolate, only on the first day. On the last day they said that was all that was available for breakfast. Regardless, when we asked for permission to store food in the room’s refrigerator, they allowed it, but after one day they threw out everything, claiming it had been there for many days, even though it was only one night; the staff laughed and said they owed us a plate, knowing we were leaving. They were very rude and tyrannical.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are excellent, and when we asked for extra blankets and pillow changes they were done immediately; the mattresses are neither too soft nor too hard, just right for me. Breakfast portions were adequate, arrival was easy, and nearby there are restaurants, bakeries, and bars, yet the noise level is low enough to rest comfortably. The shower water is lukewarm, not hot, and the pressure is low, but given the price it was excellent and I would return.
