Beautiful hotel, lovely breakfast. The hotel is outside of the city. Next to the hotel is a company with construction materials which isn't the greatest sight

I love Kosovo, but this hotel was just bad. Construction was ongoing, the spa was closed without prior notice, breakfast was bland, staff seemed unmotivated, water in the shower and sink didn’t drain properly, the ventilation under the window was loud, and there was a noisy billiard table right outside the door—no free upgrade as compensation, no complimentary coffee, and nothing else was done to satisfy us. Not recommended.
