Nice and clean rooms, the location was good with everything a short ride away, but the main downside was the check‑in and check‑out process, both of which took an unusually long time; additionally, when we were leaving, staff members asked us to write a review and specifically requested that we mention their names, stood beside us while we were writing it, and repeatedly asked whether we had submitted the review, which felt very forced and uncomfortable and made what should have been a straightforward departure experience feel quite awkward.
