The reception was unfriendly; check‑in was at 14:40 but we still had to wait because the front desk said the room wasn’t ready, apparently it was still being rented out.

Walking into the lobby, I saw dirt on the floor, leaves, and dust that nobody swept—this continued for the entire two‑day stay. Even after pointing out the mess, the hotel didn’t improve. The bathroom and the bed were dirty; the water glass in the bathroom still held old water. The bed had dust and cockroaches, and the towel smelled unpleasant. The overall cleanliness was terrible.
