A fantastic holiday residence for a pleasant family time! Special shout‑out to the very friendly and welcoming staff. The only downside was the absence of a hair dryer in the bathroom.

The accommodation was roomy enough for 5 adults and 2 children, with two bathrooms and a mountain view. The young employee at reception was helpful. The manager claimed we had left sheets at the front desk when we should have been 7 adults, not 5, and that we had unused sheets. The dishes were all washed but not dried, so we couldn’t store them. He also tried to charge us a €35 additional fee. After we left, he alleged we dropped the couch slats and broke two of them, even though we had refused to inspect the property together. He imposed a one‑sided exit inventory without having done or arranged an entry inventory. I had sent two emails before arrival that went unanswered. The pool was discovered on site to be dry. We stayed in the most remote chalet, far from everything, not practical or accessible. I’ve been a Villages Vacances customer for a long time with no issues. We were a quiet family. As a lawyer, I sensed bad faith, a scam, and a lack of customer‑service ethos.

We’ve been coming for several years, mainly because of the proximity to the slopes, the accommodating reception, the director’s willingness to satisfy us, and the provision of sheets and household linens—a nice bonus for winter holidays when our suitcases are already full!
