The front desk had too few staff during check‑in hours, making the process take too long.

The ocean view and the newly opened bath this month were pleasant, yet the property’s age showed, the indoor climate was weak except for the corridor to the centre, the elevator was a source of stress—slow to arrive and crowded at checkout, causing delays—and during breakfast the centre’s air‑conditioning unit was dirty, with visible dust and mould, which made the airflow unpleasant.
