The Double Room – Disability Access provides accessible facilities and city views. It sleeps two on one double bed and includes a wardrobe, a safe deposit box, a tea and coffee maker, and a flat‑screen TV with cable channels. The private bathroom offers a shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries, and the room is air‑conditioned.
There was no hot water when I showered.
The spot was great, but when night fell there was no way to grab a bite.

We dined on the evening of our arrival and the food impressed us. The rooms were roomy, tidy, and clean, but one sheet was stained, which we didn't like. We were happy to find bottled water in the room, yet we expected at least two bottles in a double room instead of just one.

Breakfast felt a bit low‑budget; for R240 I expected more, and the fruit selection was very limited; the staff were very eager to help and make me feel comfortable.

The room felt nice and the location was solid; we got to the hotel by night bus right next to the Intercape stop, and the restaurant was pretty decent. There's no lounge area, though the rooms themselves are spacious. Booking on the spot really cuts the price.
