The place was spotless and the staff genuinely cared, but the bathroom layout could use some improvement.

This hotel really delivered - I had an amazing stay and the staff were super helpful. Everything was great, no complaints!

The property was nice and well taken care of, made for a really pleasant stay. The staff were well trained, supportive, and a big part of what made it so enjoyable.

The staff were really polite and helpful, but that's about where it ended. The hygiene was pretty bad - the bathroom wasn't clean and the bedding wasn't fresh, which was a major letdown for a hotel that claims to be high-end.
