“professional, quality and stylish hospitality. Will come back again for sure.”
The hotel sits right next to a bus station (just a one‑minute walk) that connects to Luzern railway station in 12‑15 minutes. I received a free travel pass for Luzern via email before arrival, which is handy for train visitors. Plenty of free parking is another plus. The property is spotless and well organized. I wish I had brought a swimsuit; the thermo‑controlled pool would have been a refreshing experience amid a calm garden and fresh air. The staff were very friendly and professional; Lisa helped with everything from early check‑in to bus routes and dinner reservations. I highly recommend the restaurant, managed by Sandra and Beat, and tried the chef’s tasting menu and daily specials. Sandra even arranged a special meal for my six‑year‑old daughter. The wine list and cocktail menu were well curated, and I found London No.3 gin at the bar—unexpected. Breakfast was a showcase of refined, stylish, yet professional hospitality. If you’re heading to Luzern and want a peaceful, quality‑styled stay, this is the place. Absolutely adorable.
