The hotel's location was one of its strongest points, making it easy to get around and explore the area.
The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming
The cleanliness of the hotel and its convenient location were definite highlights of my visit
The room itself was spacious, but without a car, it was almost impossible to get around

The staff was nice. The shower was not clean.
They never changed the towels during my stay.
“Rooms are nice and big, but needs better housekeeping and desk staff.”
The rooms are nice and big, and the lobby coffee is good. The last time we stayed a few months ago it was very comfortable, but this time our bathroom floor was dirty, there was hair in the shower, housekeeping never came to clean, the front‑desk woman was grumpy, and the sheets felt almost plastic. I would not stay there again.
“Don’t waste your money.”
The beds were comfy, but the place felt like a rough neighborhood; the moment I stepped in, a foul smell hit me. Diane was rude, ignored both me and the booking agent, and messed up my reservation. I will never return to that location and will be calling corporate.
“I would recommend to stay somewhere else.”
This was the only hotel that could accommodate my special needs: catering a 90‑year‑old in a wheelchair and an 8‑month‑old, providing two double rooms plus a pull‑out couch with a wheelchair‑friendly shower. When we were checking out, a young man from breakfast helped us load the wheelchair into the car. I used to work at a Holiday Inn Express many years ago and have favored the chain since, so this was disappointing. The hotel was closest to where my family attended an event and had ample parking, but it was mainly located in the back. Although it was lit, there was only one entrance, and the part that should have been visible for safety was blocked by a dumpster. The other side was dark and the grounds were unkept with weeds, so I was nervous about parking anywhere except the front. The building/restaurant that was not in use had boxes and debris inside, and walking past that area to get into the building was not ideal. The staff seemed nonchalant and willing as long as you came to them. I requested clean linen for the pull‑out couch and they told me to come get them. When I returned, our soap was empty in the shower and at the sink, and when I asked for soap they said I had to get it myself. On the way down, I met someone in the elevator who had cleaning products in their hands and told me they were battling ants in their room; they were told to come down and get it and there weren't any other rooms available. There were two people working that evening. I made sure we did not leave any food out to tempt an ant infestation. The breakfast was disappointing: no oatmeal or boiled eggs, and since I am gluten‑free, my only option was fruit and yogurt.
