The reservation handling was terrible; we were left outside for an hour, no one at the front desk to greet us or even open the door, and the owner offered no solution or empathy. I had to find another place to stay and lost an entire afternoon of activities because of this place’s poor management, and they never follow up on platform bookings. Everything was awful.

The pillows are fantastic and the location is unbeatable, but there’s a lot of noise because construction is happening next door.

The comfort, location, and full range of services are excellent, though a construction site next to the building made noise from very early in the morning, but it didn’t ruin the pleasant stay.
