Eurostars Indautxu, a boutique hotel in Bilbao’s museum triangle, sits between the Guggenheim, Fine Arts Museum, and Azkuna Alhóndiga. A 400‑meter walk to Indautxu metro connects guests to the city’s commercial and gastronomic hub. The hotel offers a Basque‑inspired Etxaniz restaurant, a renovated gastro bar with an outdoor terrace, and a pintxo‑focused cafeteria, blending local cuisine with modern comfort.

Location, bedding. The air‑conditioning didn't work; we reported it twice to reception, at 19:00 and at 01:00, and they replied it was working, came to check, and said they couldn't change our room anyway. We were with our 5‑month‑old daughter and showed them the thermometer reading 26 °C while the AC was on full blast! We finally had to open the window for a bit of air and, more importantly, to hear the street noise! Very bad night! We do not recommend this establishment.

Central location, Bilbao can be comfortably explored on foot. The rooms are acceptable and clean. Breakfast is good. The hotel has two sections: one is reached by the elevator in the lobby, the other by other elevators that require climbing several flights of stairs, and no one helps with luggage.

Breakfast was very good; the location was very convenient for walking tours. The bar with its terrace is nice for a break. The bed moves a lot.

The location is fantastic—just a 15‑minute walk to the Guggenheim. The staff are extremely kind and very helpful. The room is clean and functional. Overall, the value for money is excellent. I have no negative comments.

The place is ideally situated close to the old town. Nothing to complain about; it was great.
