Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
We booked a room for a couple and a baby and received an extremely small room; the cart couldn’t fit, so we had to move the table and chairs to get inside. In addition, we found three dead gators and one alive in the room, but everything else was fine.

The renovated room was beautiful, the pool was easily accessible, and the cleanliness, service, and calm atmosphere were excellent, with staff responding quickly to everything. We liked everything, but the hotel should add towel hooks, fix missing lights, and install a microwave in rooms that aren’t meant for cooking.

The location is great, and the hotel’s supermarket is very convenient, but the security guard at the pool on our last day was unpleasant, to say the least.

The location is good, but I asked three staff members—who proactively called to inquire about my stay—to fix leaking faucets, and nothing happened. After the fourth call, they asked if everything was okay, and I could no longer say it was.

I stayed at a very basic hotel with no breakfast, but the location is great and close to everything; it does the job. The rooms weren’t well ventilated or clean, and the corridors were also dirty.
