The receptionist was friendly and helpful, but the rooms weren’t cleaned properly: the wardrobes and tables were covered in dust, there were burned cigarette stashes, the bedsheets were torn, the shower pipe was faulty so water dripped continuously, the washbasin tap had issues, the room needed a renovation, and the table lamp, mirror lamp, and bedroom wall lamps didn’t work.
