Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The property is not clean and maintained; the shower doesn’t work properly, the bedsheet and pillow smell, the AC doesn’t work properly or has no fan. Breakfast was below average. It’s not a comfortable place to stay. The property needs a makeover and its hygiene standards have to be improved, even though it is next to an Indian restaurant and a walkable supermarket.

The location near the port is perfect, but I heard a neighbor talking on the phone.

The pool and proximity to the harbor were definite pluses, and one staff member spoke decent English, which helped us book a scooter. However, the staff's English was generally poor, making it hard to ask questions, and we had a mouse problem that kept us up at night.

The location was spot on, and parking my scooter was a breeze, plus the wifi was reliable. However, the apartment was a letdown - it was clear that cleaning had been neglected, the shower had weak water pressure, and the toilet was clogged until we got it fixed. The pool was a disaster, no lighting at night, and I ended up with green hair from the excessive chlorine - it took two days to get the color out.

The hotel's location near the port was really convenient, but that's about all I can say.
