“l'hôtel ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles.”
The pools were nice, but the room’s equipment was terrible—a vintage TV with no remote that only caught four or five channels, low‑quality mattresses and pillows, cockroaches in the bathroom, and no fridge despite repeated complaints. The front desk staff were unfriendly, and although we paid half‑board we still had to pay for water at the restaurant. The hotel does not live up to the four‑star claim it makes.

The breakfast was generous and the meals varied. There weren’t enough activities for adults.

The room was spotless and had everything I needed, including a comfy bed and a decent shower. I was a bit worried about the noise from the street, but it wasn't too bad and I slept okay. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

The breakfast buffet was very poor, and there was no hospitality from the staff except for the girl at the omelette station who was very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant staff, including the maître d’hôtel, looked like zombies; I never saw a server greet a guest even once. The cutlery in the buffet line was always empty, and the silver container was dirty. The dessert station during dinner was one of the poorest I’ve seen anywhere. Overall, the experience does not match a four‑star hotel and is poor on every level.
Unfortunately, our stay was a complete disaster from start to finish. The hotel's lack of cleanliness and poor service made for a truly unpleasant experience. We were shocked by the state of the rooms, which were often dirty and poorly maintained. The hotel's restaurant was also a letdown, with limited options and poor service.
