The free breakfast was a plus, and the location was close to everything. However, being treated like a criminal when trying to re-enter my room before checkout was frustrating; it was 5 min until 11 and the key card had been deactivated. I had to retrieve my ID from my car because the front desk staff insisted on verifying my room. The breakfast itself was cold and unappetizing. The pool was closed, a fact I wasn’t informed about when booking, which upset me because I had three kids and it was the hottest day—our main reason for choosing this hotel. My room was too warm, the AC malfunctioned, so we resorted to a box fan. I would like a refund for this stay.
