The setting at Moulin d’Hys is ideal for resting, enjoying nature and dining deliciously at the guesthouse. Isabelle knows how to accompany her guests just right (neither absent nor intrusive). She is an excellent cook who loves sharing and generosity. The dinners in the perfect moulin setting (small river water sound, birdsong, old stones with timeless charm) were sumptuous. I went there for work and found much more than I expected!
