After checking out and handing the key back, I asked for my security deposit refund. The receptionist first said the manager was absent, then claimed there was no cash on hand to delay the refund. Only after I pressed repeatedly did they return the deposit, and even then the process was handled in a highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and inappropriate manner toward me.

The hotel sits close to the biggest mall and metro station, but it was extremely noisy and the surrounding streets smelled bad from the river and street food.

The location is elegant, and some staff speak English. The price is elegant for the quality. It’s definitely not for the very young; you can’t complain at this price. If you want better, pay twice as much.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home. The room is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is tasty. No negative experiences.
