The location, service, and comfort were good; however, the TV was defective and only replaced after a complaint, and there were no 20‑amp grounded outlets for charging portable car chargers, a simple low‑cost service that could be improved.

This resort, steeped in history, still delivers quality, comfort, and excellent service; it’s great to see that it retains its charm over time and remains a solid choice for rest and enjoyment, with great value for money.

I liked the location, but the Wi‑Fi never worked and the TV without Wi‑Fi was useless.

The location and beach access were great, the heated pools were nice, the coffee was exceptional, and the staff organized activities for kids; everyone was helpful and attentive and the cleaning was flawless. However, the room I stayed in had a stunning view, yet the air‑conditioner was broken, I asked for a room change and was moved to a bad room with almost no beach view, the internet didn’t work, and the mattress was too hard; I requested another change but was ignored, aside from those issues everything was fine.
