Room 306 let in rain through the window and had a constant leak near the bed. Room 205 had a bad leak in the corner. We were told we would be moved to a different room the next day, but that never happened. Our stay was miserable because of the rain and because we paid to be uncomfortable in your hotel.

It’s close to everything downtown. The staff were unfriendly, and there was no microwave.

Breakfast was fine. The room smelled musty, the water level was low, and there was no hot water. They couldn’t split the bill; I spent 30 minutes trying to check out while they tried to split the bill, my friend gave them three credit cards and it wouldn’t accept them. They shut down the system and it still didn’t work. I ended up telling them to leave it on my account. Then on Monday my friend said they charged her account, and I still had her charge on my account.
