The room was clean and spacious. However, the listing didn't mention that parking costs 9 €; the host only informs you after arrival, so add those 9 € to your stay price. Also, breakfast is advertised but it is not included in the room rate and must be paid separately.

Everything was pretty good: clean, friendly staff, solid location and comfort. The only small gripe was that in the evening when we wanted to shower there was no hot water, and sometimes the cold water was a bit unpleasant.

The bathroom was at least renovated, though the place wasn't the cleanest overall. The bed and pillows were very soft, and parking is available in the yard. Breakfast was good, but towels and sheets weren't very clean and the noise from outside was very loud.
