You pay through Booking, but upon arrival you have to pay cash again.
They met my needs and respected my privacy.
My stay at this hotel was generally pleasant, with the owners at the front desk being particularly respectful and helpful. The room was well-appointed and everything went smoothly for me. I also appreciated the fact that the trash cans outside were regularly changed. However, I did notice that the walkways to the rooms could use some improvement.
I booked a room through Booking, my card was charged for the room, but the transaction didn’t go through on their side, so I was charged and couldn’t stay because I didn’t have the money after the charge. I’ll never use Booking again. You lost a customer.
Nothing positive. They didn’t have my reservation and charged me $70 instead of the $62.70 listed in the app, plus an additional charge. I want a refund.
