We had a pleasant stay at this friendly place in Masinagudi; the rooms were nice, the garden a cozy spot to relax, and the staff were always ready to help with safari bookings, taxis, or lunch. The reception arranged a great guide/driver who knew the area well and tried hard to make our safari memorable. The hotel restaurant’s food is decent, especially the paneer butter masala. However, during our stay there was construction both inside and outside the hotel that produced daytime noise, which we tolerated but might bother sensitive guests. Our first room, upstairs, had a balcony overlooking the mountains, but the view was partially blocked by a construction site and electrical cables. After adding a couple more nights, we switched to a downstairs room with a garden view; its larger terrace made the view more enjoyable.
