All previous reviews are great—and rightly so! You end up in paradise, everything is clean, beautifully maintained, and works. The house is now rented as a whole unit and, with the several included apartments, is perfect for small groups of friends who want to vacation together. There is a shared large kitchen with impressively big pots for cooking, and each apartment also has a kitchen. Luca comes every morning, cleans the pool, and brings the eggs from the hens on the property; you can harvest fruit and vegetables depending on the season. He has poured his heart into the estate, and you can feel it. He’s also incredibly helpful (we had to go to a mechanic, and he registered us there). See you, Luca! There is absolutely nothing to complain about.

We spent a very successful pre‑season holiday here as a family with two children. This charming agritourism is located in a beautiful, quiet place among olive trees, ideal for those seeking rest away from city noise. The biggest assets are the stunning views, silence, and closeness to nature. In the evenings you can watch fireflies, and at night you hear crickets, creating a unique atmosphere. We really appreciated the fresh, local eggs and vegetables straight from the garden—tomatoes, cucumbers, and zucchini. For the kids, a mini playground with a swing, trampoline, table for soccer, and table for ping‑pong was set up, so they never got bored. The owner, Luca, was extremely kind, helpful, and always available. He gladly answered questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean, equipped with everything we required, and the beds were comfortable. We drove to the sea and market in about 16 minutes, and to the beautiful town of Corinaldo in just 9 minutes. We recommend this place to anyone dreaming of a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature, away from crowds and city noise.

We were a big, loud group and the location was perfect for us; there were no nearby neighbors to bother us 😄 Cars took us to nice nearby villages and sights. The house was lovely, very tidy, and the yard had a pool and a garden. There were several spots outside if you wanted a bit of peace. Huge thanks and greetings to Luca from the whole group; you handled everything we asked for wonderfully ♥️
