Rosy Hotel Phu Quoc Sunset Town

“Nice and close in Sunset Town. 7 min walk to the main part of it”

There was no breakfast incl. The view over the water was nice. You could see the nightly fireworks at 8pm and 0.30pm from the music show which was held 200m away. No 24 hr concierge. We arrived at 10.30pm and there was no one around. Luckily our taxi driver found the room keys for us to get in. There was renovation of the next door building so that was noisy. On the day that we left the hotel there was a power failure. No lifts working, no aircon working. At least they sent someone up to carry down our 2 suitcases

The rooms were clean, new and excellent, and the staff were cooperative and good. Unfortunately, the kitchen in the hotel centre let food smells drift heavily into the rooms; I wish they would install a fan or shut off the kitchen and isolate it from the reception.

Our bright room had a sea view, was very clean and fresh, and included everything needed (toothbrush, comb, hair dryer, kettle, fridge, huge TV). The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the hotel offers electric motorbike rentals; the staff were very attentive, and the reception girls spoke English very well. Everything was liked, but the hotel entrance was a bit confusing since it doubles as the restaurant entrance (by the way, I noticed that restaurant is very popular).

We want to express huge thanks to this hotel and the girls who work there! Everything was excellent! We booked one room, but they kindly gave us a larger one for the same price. The rooms were clean and spacious, any question was resolved instantly. On the first floor they cook delicious duck dishes, the girls are very sweet and friendly, the location is convenient and the view of the fireworks from the balcony and the roof is great. I recommend it!
