“All good”
The breakfast was okay, the hotel and room were clean, and the staff were friendly; however, the breakfast was only okay and the room was a little small.
This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I grew up in Orangeburg and passing through for a visit I did not have high expectations. But wow! Every staff person I interacted with was kind, friendly, and proactively looking for ways to make us feel welcome. The facilities were clean and inviting. They have 24x7 coffee in the lobby, a pool table, complementary breakfast. No notes. Everything was perfect
“Great Room, Terrible Breakfast Staff”
The room was great: super clean, with a nice layout, a good shower, and a comfy mattress. The front desk staff, especially Elena, did a great job accommodating our dog and handling check‑in. The breakfast, however, spoiled it for me – the staff noticed we were out of mini‑omelets and waited a full 20 minutes to cook more. People were lined up, and they made no attempt to refill the omelets.
“Awesome”
The breakfast was a highlight, offering something for every palate, even the picky eater. Everything was arranged with ample spacing between each station, making the eating area feel like a beautiful café. We loved the décor, and I can't think of anything to criticize; the hotel designers and engineers clearly thought of every detail.
“Very comfortable”
Very clean, staff were welcoming, and the breakfast was good. No dislikes.
