The property was clean, with proper western/japanese toilets and cool tech to control room temperature, lighting, and such.

The staff were wonderful and helpful. Unfortunately, the laundry came back still wet.

The hotel facilities were amazing, everything was beautiful and well equipped. The room was spacious and had all kinds of details. The staff ladies were very attentive and friendly. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was impressive and had everything. We loved everything. We can’t rate the breakfast because it was served very late and our tours started earlier. Even though we had paid for breakfast, we informed them we wouldn’t be able to eat it on any of the days because our tours or trains were earlier, and we asked if they could compensate us or give us something to take, but they said no. The location is a bit away from the main airports. There were many mosquitoes in the room.

It was in a very convenient area surrounded by the most delicious food, the staff were very friendly, and the rooms were very clean and super lovely. The secondary beds in the family rooms seem to be a mattress on top of a table, which is a little uncomfortable.
