The hotel sits right in the town center, the staff were lovely and helpful, and I’d definitely return.

I arrived and couldn’t get in, even after knocking and calling the number they gave me over and over again.

Ashleigh House is in the heart of Monaghan, the room was well furnished and spotless, we enjoyed a tasty full Irish breakfast downstairs, and I’d strongly recommend this B & B—though we only booked one night, we stayed a second and will come back for sure.
