“اقامه ممتعه و ستبقى في الذاكره الجميله باذن الله”

The hotel was very beautiful, clean, close to FanDome Mall, in a lively and upscale area, and special thanks to Mr. Hossam at reception for his professional, courteous, and client‑focused service—thanks to him and the management for hiring such talent; I hope the hotel recognizes and rewards Mr. Hossam, he deserves it for the professionalism and care that made me love this hotel and I’ll recommend it to friends visiting Qatar, God willing 👍. There were no issues; everything was outstanding.

“I would go back to this hotel aganin and again. It was safe, well located, a wonderful staff”

I liked all! Kindess and responsiveness of the staff were just incredible! Free upgrade, very very late check-out, quality of the facilities. Everything was just right! The bonus was the birthday card and cake. It was the sweetest birthday cake in my life. Nothing, everything perfect for me

“Stay was not pleasant checked out the next day still waiting for the refund of 2 nights”

The only bright spot was the location, but the room was adjacent to a construction site, which made it hard to sleep.

“بالنسبة لي يسرني تكرار التجربة مع الفندق”

The hotel staff were extremely professional; whenever I requested something or reported an issue, they worked hard to resolve it quickly, which was fantastic. I was also upgraded to a better room by a very professional front‑desk employee—a great gesture, especially since I stayed there with my family. The view was of the sea, and the location was very close to the best mall in Doha. What I didn’t like was the cleanliness level; I wouldn’t call it bad, but I expected more from a five‑star hotel. The sofa had some stains, and the room‑unlock screen was broken—these details don’t affect me much but give a negative impression of the place’s upkeep. I didn’t get to try the pool, gym, or other facilities, so I can’t rate them, but everything else was excellent.

“شقق مريحة وتنفع للعائلة”

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the location is great next to the Vandom Mall, but the apartment could use some air fresheners.
