The location of this hotel is really great and the people here are super friendly.

“Very pleasanr indeed. Thoroughly enjoyed it.”
The beach was spectacular with few crowds, making it a great time of year to visit; nothing felt overcrowded and it was very quiet, mainly hosting middle‑aged and elderly couples—though this might change in high season. Beware of the mosquitoes; bring plenty of repellent as they are quite savage, even in the bedrooms.
This hotel was by far the most wonderful place we stayed at during our entire Caribbean trip; it has an absolutely stunning white‑sand beach stretching for several kilometers, with plenty of comfortable sun loungers, shaded beach huts, and beach towels so everything you need for a relaxing day by the sea is right there; the beach is simply breathtaking, with pristine white sand and crystal‑clear, gem‑like water that changes into different shades of blue, and the water was incredibly clean and pure, making the whole setting feel like a true Caribbean paradise; the hotel has three restaurants, the buffet at the PALM Restaurant was quite good with a nice variety of food, the GRILL BAR requires a reservation, which was never mentioned or explained to us in advance, we only found out when we arrived at the restaurant, which left us a little confused at the time, but that minor inconvenience did not affect our overall experience at all; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and friendly, attentive service made this hotel the highlight of our Caribbean journey. The taxi is too expensive compared to the US dollar and the EC dollar; for example, from the hotel to the airport it costs USD40 but EC140, absolutely much over the official exchange rate.
The facilities need an upgrade, but the restaurant staff was friendly!
