Cozy little houses by the river, a nice restaurant, and friendly staff. It might feel a bit remote for visitors, but it makes a lovely stop on the Takhek trail.
This place is gorgeous right on the river. My room was a wooden bungalow overlooking the water. The staff were very friendly and kind, and the food was great—especially the chicken wings, which I highly recommend. The room came with toiletries and a mosquito net if needed.
The view is fantastic. Without air‑conditioning, the 42‑degree heat was tough. We paid a pricey, non‑refundable rate, but if we had just shown up that day we could have gotten it for half the price.
The welcome was warm and the food tasty, even though the village and hotel had a power outage; the person in charge kept us updated. The Wi‑Fi was fine. The rooms look old and the bathrooms no longer meet modern standards; they need a lot of love and an update.
A stunning resort beautifully situated on the river. No negative points.
