I loved everything about the hotel. The rooms stay consistently clean.

The hotel looks nice and the entertainment is decent; they offer free day shuttles to the sandy beach and evening shuttles to both Old Sharm and Naama Bay. I didn’t like the overall cleanliness: for the first two days I found hair clumps left by previous guests that I had to remove myself, and I rolled up the room carpet and tucked it into a corner because it was terrible. Even at the bar, drinks were often served in unclean glasses. We’re not in a five‑star place, but sometimes a little extra care would have sufficed. For guests without All Inclusive, it’s unclear which bar services are available; fruit juices and cola are only offered during breakfast or dinner hours, and outside those times I’d have to pay.
