The surroundings were nice, with wild horses and quiet spots. It was close to Saintes Maires de la Mer and the staff were friendly. The room and bathroom facilities were outdated, the mattress was poor, and breakfast was more like a 3‑star experience rather than 5 stars. The pool area also needs updating. I wouldn’t recommend it; overall it was really poor for 440€ per night.

The team was very professional and welcoming. It was quiet and very well located. The pool was in the middle of a beautiful setting and the food was of high quality. The only downside was the noise from the neighboring terrace, which had nothing to do with the hotel.

The location was exceptional and the setting was pleasant. The staff were friendly and the dining was good. The rooms and outdoor equipment felt old.
