Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The room was dark, the bed was on the upper floor and the bathroom on the lower floor, not practical especially if you have an elderly or a child. The coffee area was too small for the guests, offering only a few varieties. The shower was terrible.

The location was fine, but the service was terrible. Breakfast was a disgrace, looking like leftovers, and it was still 8 am. When I asked for filtered water, the staff said there was only tap water and the filter was broken. The room was tidy but not very clean. The receptionist wasn't present in the morning; when I approached him, he seemed unwilling to help and barely spoke. I was disappointed with the lodge and won't return.

The box bed was excellent and the service was top‑class. The breakfast was basic and missing details at the lower section; it needs more attention to detail.

The TV connection could be better; I had to power my phone’s router to stream Netflix.

The room and cleaning were good. The reception bathroom and pool area were lacking.
