I was glad to be so close to where I needed to be, but the hotel fell short on towels and the cleanliness left something to be desired.
The temperature was fine, yet the staff charged an extra $10 for pets and then claimed there were no pet rooms available, even though the sign did not specify by room; I had been there all day and seen the place busy, but they were not; we couldn't shower because the drain was blocked and standing water was disgusting; no one could be found to address the issue after check‑in, and a sign said they were cleaning until I left.
