The room stayed relatively quiet, yet the breakfast was very mediocre; the eggs disappeared 45 minutes before the stop time.

“Nit worth the money, they have poor customer service.”

The breakfast was good, but there was a hole in the tub covered with duct tape, and staff tried to charge my guest $25 per person to access the pool 30 minutes before closing, which prevented me from spending time with my relatives.

“Thankful we had a place to stay, but would not stay here again”

We had a place to stay and the location was fine, but overall the room was dirty: housekeeping seemed to only change the sheets, cobwebs hung above the window, tiny red marks on the wall by the bed were not paint, the chair looked ripped, nightstand/table/dresser surfaces were not wiped, a blue pool appeared by the shower drain when I turned it on, and the whole room was dusty. I’m grateful for a place to stay, but I wouldn’t stay again.

The place was okay, not exceptional, and a week later I still haven’t received my incidentals deposit back.

I liked the friendly female desk lady and the breakfast, but the showers didn’t work well, the toilets had a weird smell, the TVs kept cutting out nonstop, and I had to double‑cook my waffle because the waffle maker didn’t work; the pool and hot tub were clean but the bathrooms were dirty. It was overpriced, very disappointing, and I know it wasn’t just my room that had issues—other guests had the same problems.
