“Lovely hotel highly recommend”

Location, location, location! Great value for money compared to similar Boutique feel, smaller B&B so no corridor noise or door slamming! Easy, no fuss, informal setting Rhys was very helpful & friendly 🙏 Key box access if arriving out of hours Right in town centre Bars, restaurants (Enzo’s Italian & 1432 Chinese both fantastic) and shopping! Close to airport Very comfortable room Nice clean bathroom & hand wash Room was warm on a chilly weekend Aircon if you need it Help yourself to more tea, coffee & milk Snacks in breakfast room. There was music nearby Friday night but it didn’t bother us as the bed was so comfy & there is double glazing. Definitely come again

The location was superb and the modern, almost self‑service vibe worked for us—no front desk but everything we needed was covered. Rhys was on hand via email and in person, super efficient, friendly, and resourceful, answering our questions with speed and grace. Breakfast was an extra, but there were plenty of nearby options, so we could choose either. Our room was well arranged, quiet, and had all the essentials. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The only caveat was that the minimal staff model might surprise guests expecting a traditional hotel, but it didn’t affect our experience.
