The Namastay location is very good; I enjoyed my stay and the staff was helpful, especially Ayu. The English could be better for clearer communication.

It’s a cosy, comfortable place. Even though the centre location means traffic is bad, the spot remains serene and quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s a really good affordable place in Ubud, with many good restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Nothing major to dislike, just that getting around can take longer because of traffic.

The place had a lovely vibe and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room itself was nice and they offered free water refills. Unfortunately, the room had a strong musty smell.

The décor was nice and the atmosphere chill. I liked the shower, and the outside bathroom was perfect for hot weather. The place was very quiet with few guests, making it hard to socialize.

There was nothing positive at all. The hotel looked abandoned. The room was dark, damp, foul, and unsanitary, with sheets infested with dust mites. We had to leave our room to use two cleaner dormitory beds and did not stay for the second night. No compensation was offered for this disaster, and the photos we took do not match what was described.
