The beds were super comfy and the staff were very nice and friendly; we enjoyed the stay. The trash was not taken out of my room and there were empty cat‑food tins in the big trash.

Everything was spotless and tidy, and there was nothing negative to mention.

The place was clean and comfortable, conveniently close to the zoo and children’s museum, with plenty of dining options within a few miles, though there was some traffic noise.
