“Posto tranquillo, comodo al centro e lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile.”
Breakfast was outside the property, simple but satisfying, but the Wi‑Fi was almost non‑existent, the signal was weak, and the TV had no programming.
It’s only a two‑minute walk to the station, easy access, and almost all transport options are nearby.
“Pobyt udany, ale śniadania "minimalistyczne"”
The hotel’s prime spot—just 300 m from Naples Central Station—made everything from the metro to supermarkets and museums a short walk; the cathedral is about 1.5 km away. The room was spacious, recently renovated, spotless, and comfortable, with a balcony window and a small balcony for drying laundry. Wi‑Fi was reliable, and the building’s elevator made the fourth‑floor location easy to reach. However, the hotel’s claim of “breakfast included” felt exaggerated: each day I got a card with a stamp and was directed to a nearby bakery where I received a croissant and coffee in a plastic cup, with no seating or table, and the card was issued separately each day. I know what a typical Italian breakfast looks like—bread, coffee, juice, jam, sometimes cheese or butter—and none of that was offered, nor was there a proper place to sit and eat. Secondly, the hotel advertised free toiletries, yet the bathroom only had two small shower gel bottles for five days, which was insufficient; I requested additional gel twice but never received it. There was also no soap or other toiletries, and towels were not replaced over the five days even though I left them on the floor to signal a change. I’m satisfied overall except for these two shortcomings; the owners should remove “breakfast included” from the listing and be honest, and they should clearly state the exact room location in any communication, including floor and apartment number.
“مكان جيد لوقت قصير”
The towels weren’t large, and the small ones weren’t clean.
The bathroom and room were roomy, but I disliked how breakfast was set up; it was supposedly included yet we had to collect vouchers from the reception, whose elderly manager arrived at varying times each morning, leaving us without breakfast if we wanted to leave early. The nearby café was inconsistent, offering all options one day and only a croissant plus one other choice the next, which left a bad impression. When we first arrived, the entrance door was locked and no one was at the front desk, so I had to find the hotel’s phone number and call to figure out how to get inside. Check‑in and entry details should be sent to guests beforehand for convenience.
