The location was good, but the room stayed a bit warm even with the air‑conditioning on, and it could use a little facelift.

The proximity to the town centre was fine, but the air‑con in the room didn't work; a fan was supplied but the wall sockets only worked when the main lights were on.

“Muito bom”

The room was roomy and comfy, featuring a king‑size bed, a fireplace, a sofa, a wardrobe and two TVs, and the shower was excellent; we got two water bottles a day and coffee and tea were available all day. The pool and spa were very pleasant, and we had a daily CAD15 voucher to use at the Evergreen restaurant for any meal. A soda machine was in the hotel, and receptionists Isaías and Nobile were very friendly; we also received free municipal bus vouchers. We spent ten days in Banff and the hotel stay was very good. However, there was no food or snack option on site, the housekeeping staff was confusing—often forgetting to leave the water bottles and trying to enter the room even though we had a "do not disturb" sign—and the price is high, as it is across the city.

“A perfectly good hotel at a reasonable price”

Well situated and good for our needs. A slight old charm about it. Our other family had a slight mishap with rubbish in their room, which wasn’t rectified, sadly
