“Alojamiento mal, excursión y personal genial”
I give it a 7 because the best part was the 2‑day, 1‑night excursion with Ruben and Ivan, and the food at the hotel was super tasty and they were very friendly. The trip was spectacular; we saw a lot of orangutans who behaved with us like 10‑year‑olds. Always smiling, they helped a lot and even left us a backpack because we didn't have one. They were very attentive, kind, detail‑oriented, and so was the chef Rama. We couldn't have been luckier. Thank you so much. The hotel’s surroundings are really cool, very authentic, and the cabins outside were pretty. When you book you see photos that aren’t real. They gave us a bungalow much smaller than the one in the photo, with a different bathroom (no shower curtain, dirty) and everything different. That’s fine, the price is low, but I don’t like feeling deceived. The bed was uncomfortable, there was no top sheet. There was mold on the inside of the door. The bathroom mirror was very dirty. The hand soap was green water with an ecosystem inside. To get to the accommodation you need to walk 15 minutes uphill; we didn’t mind and we knew that, but it takes you far from the town so you don’t go back to see it. The wifi is horrible; forget having any connection.
