Good location and room fit for purpose although could do with updating. The valet and receptionist that we engaged with were helpful and friendly. Breakfast. We were 2 of 3 guests waiting for breakfast. We waited for a while and a member of staff did not show up to take our order. We ended up leaving and purchasing breakfast elsewhere. A disappointment when it was included in our stay

Everything was perfect—close to food shops and pet services, and everything else downtown. The only downside was the noise; it was busy and loud all night, especially since we were on the 7th floor, so a bit more sound‑proofing would help.

The selection was very limited. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, which mattered to me as a fruit lover who wanted to keep fruit and water chilled. The restaurant’s menu was narrow and some items were unavailable. Parking was inadequate; I used valet, which was great, but it cost $40 a day, so for the room price the valet should have been included.

The parking was not ideal because it is downtown, and the Wi‑Fi was not working.
