“Awful”
The room was pretty clean and breakfast decent, but the beds were awful and the rooms were loud; the patio door didn’t shut tightly, so train and plane noise was awful. My sister was given gluten in the restaurant even after we said clearly 3–4 times that she is severe celiac, and the waitress never apologized. The manager was out that night and the cook was “gone,” so they couldn’t verify the meal was gluten free; they just relayed the pizza from the hill. After waiting 30 minutes they finally gave her kids a free meal, but the manager promised to get back to us and we responded the next morning and received no resolution. Our weekend was ruined because we had to get her meds and take her to an infusion center as she was so sick all night and all weekend. The rooms should have been taken care of and we are not hearing anything. I would never stay here again and will never return to this restaurant. The waitress should have owned it and apologized; that would have been much better accepted. She just ignored us and walked around to all other tables.
