I had a good experience overall - the hotel's location near Mumbai airport is super convenient and the staff were really helpful.

While the staff were polite and helpful, my stay was marred by some pretty significant issues - the bedding and towels were unclean, the bathroom amenities were gross, and the service was slow. Oh, and they charged way too much for a water bottle.
